With our CONSUMER INSIGHT HUNTING consultancy module, we collaborate closely with you to uncover up to 12 insight territories tailored to your brand or project needs. Each insight is developed with precision to ensure it resonates with your target audience and meets market research standards. Together, we’ll:
- Identify up to 12 consumer insight territories based on your briefing, input and objectives.
- Conduct desk research and trend analysis, to inform our findings.
- Where available, translate your consumer data into clear, inspiring insights that fuel your innovation and strategy.
- Provide insights summarised in a way that aligns with your brand goals and market needs.
- Develop up to 12 compelling consumer insights.
- Ensure the insights are actionable and strategically aligned for further internal or external application.
We’ll cover the following scope:
- Conducting an alignment session to define your business goals, consumer challenges, and area of focus.
- Analysing your existing data (where available) to identify key insights.
- Conducting desk research and reviewing consumer trends to generate insights.
- If required, conducting primary research together with a research institute to map key insights (research institute at extra cost).
- Distilling findings into up to 12 insight territories that reveal untapped consumer needs and opportunities.
- Crafting up to 12 consumer insights (where possible), developed either as distinct ideas or variations on a theme.
- Collaborating to refine ideas, ensuring the final output is strategically aligned with your goals.
- Providing guidance on utilising these insights for innovation, strategy, or communication purposes.
OUR WORKFLOW
We begin with a comprehensive alignment session to define your goals, challenges, and key areas of focus.
We’ll collect and review all relevant inputs, including available data, research, existing ideas or insights, to inform the consumer insight hunting process.
If critical data gaps are identified, we may need to commission additional research to obtain the required market and competitor information, in close alignment with you.

We’ll conduct desk research, trend analysis, and analyse all material and data you have provided to uncover actionable insights.
We’ll distil the findings into up to 12 unique insight territories (where possible) that are inspiring, actionable, and aligned with your objectives.
A short alignment session to present our preliminary recommendations and identified territories.
We’ll incorporate your feedback, make refinements and finalise the insight territories.
We’ll develop the first draft of up to 12 insights, where possible, ensuring alignment with your objectives
We’ll finalise all Insights and deliver a Consumer Insight Manual describing up to 12 insight territories and up to 12 test-ready insights for your approval.
Your brand is now equipped with high-quality consumer insights that are ready for consumer validation or further internal use.
