Satisfaction Guarantee Terms

  1. If the service obtained by the client has not met the client’s expectations, the client may ask MARK.SENZE to reduce the fees within 14 days of the purchase or completion of the project.
  2. The MARK.SENZE satisfaction guarantee is subject to change and is a voluntary service provided by MARK.SENZE.
  3. The client has no claim to the MARK.SENZE satisfaction guarantee. MARK.SENZE will decide on the case individually and will try to find a fair solution for the client. Should MARK.SENZE offer the client a reduction or reimbursement of fees, the client also assures MARK.SENZE of a cooperative and fair solution orientation on his part, which values and acknowledges the service, hours and costs incurred on the part of MARK.SENZE.
  4. The MARK.SENZE satisfaction guarantee expires 14 days after the end of the project or service.
  5. The claim for the voluntary satisfaction guarantee must be made by the client in writing (where by e-mail is sufficient) to MARK.SENZE.
  6. If MARK.SENZE believes that the client is abusing our voluntary satisfaction guarantee, MARK.SENZE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny a discount or refund, restrict the client as to future refunds, suspend the client’s account and/or restrict future use of the services.
